Each-Way Betting Explained
An each-way bet combines a win bet and a place bet on the same selection.
How it works
A £5 each-way stake normally means £5 on the win part and £5 on the place part: £10 total. If the selection wins, both parts can return. If it places without winning, only the place part returns, subject to the applicable place terms.

The number of places and the fraction of the win odds paid on the place portion vary by race and offer. Always check the terms before betting.
